This is a light, fruity, fresh cuvée made from the white grape varieties Cabernet Blanc, Calardis Blanc, Scheurebe and Johanniter, which are matured in stainless steel tanks in a lively and modern way.
The varieties were allowed to grow to their optimum ripeness on warm, fertile loess soils, resulting in a powerful and intense fruit expression reminiscent of gooseberry aromas.
