More information about Allée Bleue Black Series Single Vineyard Syrah 2015
The Allée Bleue Black Series Single Vineyard Syrah is an expressive red wine, as evidenced not only by its dark color, but also by its intense bouquet, which combines clear notes of white pepper with aromas of ripe plums, cinnamon and violets. A hint of licorice successfully rounds off the first impression. The multi-layered interplay of aromas continues on the palate. Here, the Allée Bleue Black Series Single Vineyard Syrah impresses above all with its elegance and soft mouthfeel. The grapes used for the red wine come from a single vineyard and after sixteen months of ageing in French oak, only the six best barrels were selected for the Allée Bleue Black Series Single Vineyard Syrah. You should therefore definitely try this red wine on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to dishes with poultry or dark meat.

In 1999, the Dauphin family of German entrepreneurs acquired the ALLÉE BLEUE estate, which at that time was still known as MEERRUST. With a lot of pioneering spirit, they revitalized the estate, which was founded in 1690 and has an area of 150 hectares and had not produced a noble drop for over 100 years.
