Are you new to Korean cuisine, curious and want to get to know Arang products first? Then the tasting package is just the thing!

The seaweed soups are quick and easy to prepare: simply put the lid on and heat up in the pot! If you eat the soup as a main meal, we recommend either a bowl of rice or bread. The seaweed soups are beneficial for body and soul and, especially when it gets colder outside, the soups provide you with lots of good nutrients and warm you up from the inside.

With the Bulgogi and Gochujang marinades, you will get to know the most important flavors of Korean cuisine. Both marinades are absolute all-rounders. Whether with meat, fish, tofu or vegetables - they are versatile and also simply irresistible as a dip for pizza or bread.

1x Bulgogi marinade - 250 g

It is the combination of salty (soy sauce) and sweet (pear, sugar syrup) as well as other ingredients that create the unique taste of bulgogi. In Korea, every restaurant and every household has its own recipe for a perfect bulgogi marinade.

Other ingredients such as garlic, ginger, corn syrup and apple are added to the gochujang marinade.

Korean seaweed soup, also known as miyeokguk, is a traditional Korean soup based on seaweed. As a superfood, it is extremely popular with young and old due to its many important nutrients. Wakame seaweed is considered to be rich in protein and vitamins A, C, E, B6 and B12 - ideal for a vegan diet. In Korea, seaweed soup has a special significance. It is served as a traditional birthday soup to commemorate the time of birth.
