More information about Bartinney Hourglass Chardonnay 2021
The Bartinney Hourglass Chardonnay demonstrates its complexity on the nose. Concentrated aromas of ripe citrus fruits and a hint of roasted cashew nuts unfold on the nose. On the palate, the expressive fruit notes are underpinned by very present oak nuances, which the white wine owes to its eleven months of ageing in wooden barrels. Creamy and long-lasting on the palate, the Bartinney Hourglass Chardonnay is a pleasure on its own, but it also goes perfectly with salmon or seafood. Incidentally, the name of the Bartinney Hourglass Chardonnay is a reminder that the right timing is important when making a wine in order to achieve a harmonious composition.
