More information about Brandhaus7 Snow Gin
The Brandhaus7 Snow Gin melts like snow on the tongue. The London Dry Gin is produced by distiller Sophie Masson in her family's own distillery, which she awoke from its slumber together with her husband in 2018.
What does the Brandhaus7 Snow Gin taste like?
As a London Dry Gin, the Brandhaus7 Snow Gin's distinct juniper notes are at the forefront. The clear freshness of the gin is rounded out by cubeb pepper. The characteristically spicy-fresh flavor is created by young Douglas fir shoots harvested in the company's own forest, which produce a citrusy aroma.
Botanicals
In addition to juniper, Brandhaus7 Snow Gin lands the characteristic Douglas fir shoots, cubeb pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and other botanicals. Citrus fruits were deliberately omitted from this gin.

Fire house7
Brandhaus 7 already looks back on a centuries-old history - far away from the hustle and bustle, somewhere in the depths of the Black Forest. We love living and working here so steeped in tradition and close to nature. And all because we want to preserve our 400-year-old farm. We, that is distiller Sophie Masson and her husband, who awakened the family farm from its slumber and breathed new life into the old distillery.
