Breaks Butchers Gin is a truly exceptional gin that was created in collaboration with meat sommelier Heiko Brath. The butcher uses 25 herbs and spices in his Brath sausage, and these are also used as botanicals in our Butchers Breaks 25.

Essential oils from flowers, fruits and herbs, such as lemon thyme and rosemary from the Mediterranean coast and the highest quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, combine to create a harmonious aromatic composition. To simply letting the day be the day. And because the label "Breaks", once known as "Breaks Records", has been with us for a long time. But the former record store of Harald Reinholz is not the beginning. It goes back even further, when Harry was still small and his grandfather was an enthusiastic distiller.
