Breaks Butchers Gin is a truly exceptional gin that was created in collaboration with meat sommelier Heiko Brath. The butcher uses 25 herbs and spices in his Brath sausage, and these are also used as botanicals in our Butchers Breaks 25.

Essential oils from flowers, fruits and herbs, such as lemon thyme and rosemary from the Mediterranean coast and the highest quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, combine to create a harmonious aromatic composition.
