More information about Commerzienrat
Our new addition to the Riegele brewery's wide range is a truly special beer In a complex process, the husks are separated from the grist so that the pure grist remains The grist is then mashed and processed according to old tradition The result is a beer that delights with its fine spiciness and heavenly mildness
Riegeles Commerzienrat presents itself brilliantly fine in the glass and shimmers in a radiant golden hue A stable, snow-white foam crowns the crystal-clear beer and exudes a fresh, subtly fruity aroma On the nose, a beautiful hop flower meets sun-ripened grain, The first sip reveals an elegant, light-footed pale ale with a soft mouthfeel A subtle sweetness of creamy caramel and roasted malt caresses the palate, before the hops come into play with fruity citrus notes, floral hints and a fine bitterness Fine yeast gives the beer a nice spiciness A malty note of freshly baked bread crust skillfully rounds off the interplay of aromas Despite the bitterness and spiciness, Riegele's Commerzienrat scores with its incomparable mildness This is due to the separation of grist and husks and makes the light beer wonderfully drinkable
Brauhaus Riegele recommends a drinking temperature of 7 degrees Well tempered, the variety of aromas comes into its own particularly well and you can taste every carefully composed flavor nuance
