The Constantia Uitsig Ex Oppido Rosé presents itself in a beautiful pink hue in the glass and pampers the connoisseur's senses with its wonderful aroma of strawberries and raspberries. A hint of rose water and ripe melon skillfully balances the sweet aromas. The rosé also shows its fruity side on the palate and delights with nuances of ripe berries. Notes of cherries and strawberries in particular are very present and make the Constantia Uitsig Ex Oppido Rosé a taste sensation. Enjoy this cuvée of Shiraz (76%), Cabernet Sauvignon (12%), Cabernet Franc (6%) and Chardonnay (6%) on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to light dishes with seafood and salad. Grilled vegetable skewers are an insider tip.
