With an inviting bouquet that unfolds aromas of gooseberries and grapefruit, the Constantia Uitsig Natura Vista impresses from the very first moment. A hint of lemongrass and undertones of lightly roasted almonds provide even more complexity. These notes can also be found on the palate and are accentuated by a beautiful minerality that gives Constantia Uitsig Natura Vista its incredible depth. The white wine cuvée made from Sémillon (52%) and Sauvignon Blanc (48%) matured for six months in French oak and then for another year in the bottle. The Constantia Uitsig Natura Vista is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but it is also an excellent accompaniment to dishes with poultry, seafood and pasta. Crispy duck is a particularly good choice for Constantia Uitsig Natura Vista.
