Fruity aromas of white peach and ripe summer fruits are accompanied by a hint of almonds on the nose. On the palate, the crisp minerality and a wonderful, creamy texture are in beautiful harmony. Enjoy the Constantia Uitsig Sémillon, which has matured for seven months in French oak, on its own, but this multi-layered white wine is also an excellent accompaniment to pasta or poultry in a creamy sauce. A rich risotto with mushrooms is also an excellent accompaniment to Constantia Uitsig Sémillon.
