The Delaire Graff White Reserve is a multi-layered and elegant cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (73%) and Sémillon (27%), which makes the hearts of white wine fans beat faster with its wonderful color. The fantastic aroma of crisp citrus fruits, limes and almonds is perfectly accompanied by light nuances of passion fruit, pineapple and gooseberries. Mineral and long-lasting on the palate, the Delaire Graff White Reserve leaves nothing to be desired. The two grape varieties were first matured individually for five months in French oak and then aged for a further five months in wooden barrels after blending. This complex white wine is best enjoyed on its own, but the Delaire Graff White Reserve also pairs wonderfully with fish, seafood or poultry dishes.
