This is our last bottle of Destyl Kozia Serwatka, one of the last ever. There will be no more of it. That's why we basically don't want to sell it. Hence the price.
An unusual liqueur from an unusual collaboration. The Destyl brand, which produces both beer brandy and pomace brandy, this time chose to distill goat whey from the FIGA organic farm in Mszana. Only 70 bottles of this unique alcohol were produced from 1,400 liters of goat whey, which was fully distilled at Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity.
Goat whey distillate smells of... Goat whey and sour milk. The intense aroma lingers in the memory for a long time and its mineral character has a stimulating effect. In the taste you can feel the power of the distillate, the liquor is heavy, oily. Noticeable salty cottage cheese, goat cheese and salt and goat milk. Long, mineral, fat finish.
It is a very unique, but also demanding distillate. Recommended for collectors of unusual spirits, but also for persistent tasters.
