Beer is a fascinating beverage in our eyes. From just a few ingredients, expert hands create the most diverse varieties, and with only minor changes to the recipe, a completely different taste direction can be taken. For us, beer means diversity: and we would like to contribute our share to this diversity.

For the production of our craft beer specialties, we naturally use only natural ingredients and the best, soft spring water from the Upper Black Forest. Additives and preservatives are absolutely taboo for us.

Because purity and quality are the measure of all things for us. And we think you can taste that in every sip.

And so our craft beer specialties are created with a lot of love and passion, Franconian down-to-earthness, American love of experimentation and creativity. Special beers with a unique, unmistakable character that simply taste delicious.
