More information about Amy
Amy was created from one of our "all-time favorites", the "summer edition", an American Pale Ale. It is therefore only logical that Amy also has some of the characteristics of a typical American Pale Ale. But Amy doesn't want to be pigeonholed so easily. Instead, she insists on her individual taste profile and her own unmistakable character.
This is already evident in the alcohol content. Amy is rather restrained here and therefore remains pleasantly light and drinkable. And the first impression you get when drinking Amy is not necessarily what you would expect from a pale ale.
In the glass, Amy unfolds a pleasant, fresh floral note, paired with light fruity accents, which it owes to the two aroma hop varieties Hallertau Blanc and Citra. And from the very first sip, Amy reveals its full complexity of flavor. Creamy, malty notes and fresh, fruity aromas combine to create a wonderfully balanced taste profile.
Amy manages to impress with its richness and complexity while remaining wonderfully drinkable, making you want to take the next sip immediately.
For us, Amy is simply the perfect accompaniment for any occasion. And we are sure that you and Amy will soon become good friends.

The brewers
Beer is a fascinating beverage in our eyes. From just a few ingredients, expert hands create the most diverse varieties, and with only minor changes to the recipe, a completely different taste direction can be taken. For us, beer means diversity: and we would like to contribute our share to this diversity. For the production of our craft beer specialties, we naturally use only natural ingredients and the best, soft spring water from the Upper Black Forest. Additives and preservatives are absolutely taboo for us. Because purity and quality are the measure of all things for us. And we think you can taste that in every sip. And so our craft beer specialties are created with a lot of love and passion, Franconian down-to-earthness, American love of experimentation and creativity. Special beers with a unique, unmistakable character that simply taste delicious. Franconian drinkable -...
