More information about Baltic Gin
Baltic Gin contains selected ingredients from our region. The highlight of these ingredients is the porse from the Danish border areas. The Porse, also called Gagel, grows only in coastal and marsh areas and enriches the gin with essential oils. In our gin we focus on "class instead of mass" and have therefore limited the amount of ingredients. In addition to the juniper berries that give flavor to the gin, we use, among other things, bitter orange peel. Accordingly, a beautiful flavor combination is created from the aromatic juniper berries in combination with the light citrus note. The traditionally and handmade gin can also be enjoyed neat.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
