The Fairview Chardonnay presents itself in a clear, light golden hue and delights with a multi-layered bouquet. The nose reveals typical aromas of yellow fruit, citrus notes and stone fruit, accompanied by fine mineral nuances and some oak.
"On the palate, the wine is fruity and elegant. The layers of citrus fruit and green melon are complemented by a silky-soft texture. The finish is fresh and lively and provides a harmonious mouthfeel.
Thanks to its fresh and crisp profile, Fairview Chardonnay is an excellent aperitif. However, it is also ideal with fresh salads, seafood and light meat dishes. It harmonizes particularly well with grilled fish or a fine lemon-chicken pasta.
