Come together dear friends! We have brewed something fine for you! This time there is with "COME TOGETHER" a joint brew with our friends from Reimos Brauwerk from Offenbach.
Our mutual friend Daniel and our common love for beer have ensured that Reimo and I (Oli) have met in the late summer of 2020 at a friendly brewery in Frankfurt (BrauStil) for a couple of beers, got to know and like each other. Since then, Reimo and I have been talking shop regularly and supporting each other. Especially in times of pandemics, this is incredibly beneficial and valuable! Exactly this kind of collegial cohesion is for us what makes the craft beer scene so special! Sure, we are all competitors in a way, but we are convinced that it works without elbows! The passion for beer and our common mission to bring you closer to the wonderful world of beer diversity unites us - besides, it's simply more fun together!
Sticke - A Rhenish classic
Our joint brew is our interpretation of the Rhineland classic Sticke. What is Sticke, you ask? Sticke is the stronger version of the Altbier, quasi an Imperial-Alt, but we have also been inspired by the Altbierbowle.
It is dedicated to those open and hospitable people who, with their warm and curious nature, offer a place to (still) strangers and thus turn strangers into acquaintances or even friends. Classically, this kind is attributed to the Rhinelanders, but also everywhere else you can find these people in bars, pubs or breweries... In this sense, come together, toast together and have a good time.
So how does our joint creation taste?
When you pour our COME TOGETHER into the glass, the first thing you see is its maroon color and creamy white, dense foam. Bringing the glass to your nose, you can perceive fruity strawberry aromas, accompanied by caramel and toasted notes. Almost like fresh bread strawberry jam. When you take the first sip, it tingles gently on your tongue and you taste a strong hop bitterness typical of the beer style. This bitterness is accompanied by a full malt body. In the finish, the finely tuned carbonic acid once again flatters the tongue. And after the first sip, you will certainly want a second and third and ...

Fleuther
Our fleuther micro-brewery is located in Geldern and was founded in 2016. Oliver and Sylvana develop the recipes themselves at their small brew kettles in the brewery. The new beers are brewed on large brewhouses (15 to 45 hl). The beers are unfiltered, brewed with natural and best raw materials. fleuther stands without question regionally for the Lower Rhine with its name and the Lower Rhine head willow in the logo. The success speaks for itself - the beers are also available nationwide and our young brewery is growing steadily. We are organizer, sponsor & supplier of the Tolkien Days (June) and Halloween Party (October) in Geldern-Pont with our beer Brown Ale "1420er Eichental" and the Pils "EINS".
