The Hope Distillery in Estonia creates gins out of passion. Master distiller Steen's adopted home impresses with its breathtaking nature, the sea and friendly people. Some of the botanicals are harvested by hand, only the best base distillate is used and great importance is attached to the water from the Viidumäe nature reserve spring.
Viking Dry Gin uses the London Dry Gin method with three different junipers as the starting point. The special thing about this gin is the interplay between liquorice, nutmeg and galangal, which starts off mild and then develops more fire in the middle. Some magic with radish, raw spicy and peppery, it unfolds a wonderful sweetness in the copper pot.
Try the cocktails with Viking Gin, to which high-quality ingredients, rowan berries, chaga mushroom and galangal lend an unmistakably unique flavor.
