With a deep ruby red in the glass, the Holden Manz Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon welcomes the connoisseur and unfolds in the bouquet the wonderful scent of raspberries, tobacco leaves and lavender. The limited Holden Manz Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was made from selected, hand-picked grapes and is only available in a quantity of 2756 bottles. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, this elegant red wine charms with pleasant tannins and well-integrated wood notes. On the palate, the soft texture and intense flavors of cassis and dark berries make for a great mouthfeel. Nuances of spice and mocha culminate in a balanced, lingering finish. Enjoy this great drop neat or serve it with a noble fillet of beef.
