The Holden Manz Merlot Reserve shimmers ruby red in the glass and unfolds wonderful cherry aromas on the nose, which are surrounded by a touch of cedar and light notes of fynbos and wild figs. The fruity cherry nuances are also found on the palate and are accompanied by a nice mocha note. The soft tannins give a lovely mouthfeel to this complex red wine, which was aged for 22 months in French oak. Enjoy the Holden Manz Merlot Reserve limited to 1714 bottles best pure or with dishes with dark meat, especially lamb with fresh herbs is highly recommended with this red wine.
