In a dark ruby red shimmers the Holden Manz Syrah in the glass. Already the bouquet spoils the senses of the connoisseur with wonderful notes of fresh violets, white pepper and red fruits. On the palate, the red wine delights with its full body and elegant tannins. The fruity and spicy notes are surrounded by mineral tones and dark chocolate, before the Holden Manz Syrah says goodbye with a long finish. The red wine aged for 18 months in French oak and is a great match for grilled sea bass or chicken. Pasta or cheese are also a recommended combination to the Holden Manz Syrah.
