Our single-variety plum brandy is made from hand-picked fruit from our own orchard. The plums are pitted directly after harvesting, so that the result is a noble fruit brandy with a pure and strong fruit flavor, but without the typical almond flavor of the stones.
Ingredients and origin: plums, from regional home gardens and our own orchard.
Processing of ingredients: The fully ripe fruits are hand-picked, pitted and gently cold fermented.
Additives/allergens: no additives contained
Production process: gentle double distillation
Bottling quantity: approx. 300 bottles per year
Recommendation: as an aperitif and digestif
