Château del ISH Sparkling White is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from a dealcoholized blend of classic Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes from the Rheingau region of southern Germany. ISH's unique dealcoholization process preserves the special characteristics of the grapes at low temperatures to offer an authentic non-alcoholic wine experience.
With its honeyed bouquet and notes of citrus, green apple, pear and peach, Château del ISH Sparkling White is a semi-sweet non-alcoholic demi-sec that turns into a refreshing acidity on the palate.
