Jarmino Chicken Bone Broth (6x 350 ml)

By cooking the chicken carcasses for 20 hours, our chicken bone broth contains collagen and protein.

For our chicken soup, we only use bones from organic free-range chickens from farmers like Sebastian Kettenberger - who farm sustainably. Sebastian Kettenberger grows the feed for the chickens himself on his self-sufficient organic farm, Biohof Kettenberg. We use a homemade vegetable soup with lots of fresh organic soup vegetables as the basis for our chicken bone broth, which we mainly source from the Chiemgau region in the south of Bavaria, where we also produce it.

Our chicken bone broth tastes delicious like a long-cooked poultry broth or chicken soup, but it also contains the nutrients from the chicken carcasses.

• Low in calories: only 38 kcal per glass
• Free from: Gluten, lactose, lead, arachidonic acid
• Histamine: <2.5 mg/kg

Our chicken bone broths are ready to eat, the broth tastes best when slightly warmed. No histamine (<2.5 mg/kg), lead or arachidonic acid has been detected in regular laboratory tests.
