Our beef bone broth is slowly cooked for up to 20 hours, allowing valuable nutrients such as collagen and amino acids as well as minerals to be released from the bones and transferred into the broth.
For our beef bone broth, we only use 100% organic bones from pasture-raised cattle from organic farming. We use a homemade vegetable soup made from organic soup vegetables as the basis for our beef broth. We source the majority of our ingredients from the Chiemgau region - in the south of Bavaria - where we also produce.
The broth tastes just as delicious as a long-cooked meat broth or beef bouillon, but also provides the valuable nutrients from the beef bones.
