The Jonston brand, which is best known for its gins, is entering the flavored vodka market with a bang. Lime & habanero end up in this botanical vodka. Gin distillation equipment and a special rotary evaporator (a device that allows distillation at low temperatures) bring out the best in the ingredients - and in this vodka.
Botanical Vodka offers the aroma of fresh chilies and citrus fruits. However, there is little of the characteristic spiciness in the taste. Instead, you can taste more of a peppery spiciness. However, citrus notes with vanilla dominate. The finish is characterized by tart lime and grapefruit flavours and notes of fresh pepper.
