Spring Blossom Gin is the first limited edition seasonal gin from Jonston Gin in 2022.
Spring Blossom Gin has been created by combining a traditional base (juniper, coriander, cardamom and angelica) with a distillate of bergamot, geranium and lemon balm and exotic pepper.
The taste is refreshing, floral and citrusy, juniper-like, fresh, enhanced by refreshing spices, unobtrusive, complex, inviting and delicious. Ideal as an aromatic main ingredient in a cocktail, but also good to drink on its own.
This is a limited edition, of which only 250 bottles were produced.
