Jonston Gin

Jonston Gin are handcrafted gins from Poland. Our spirits are characterized by the meticulous distillation process. The idea to create gin was born during our trip to Australia, where handcrafted gin is experiencing a great revolution and taking on unprecedented blends of flavors and colors. The inspiration came from small, local distilleries and their craftsmanship and meticulousness with which the flavors and a great passion for creation are evident.

We base our gin on the scientific achievements of Jan Jonston, a doctor and natural scientist. Through his history, love of nature and extensive knowledge, he is our role model. Following this legacy, our goal is to create fascinating, versatile and equally intriguing gins.
