Plum & Ginger Vodka is one of the botanical vodkas from the Jonston distillery. The recipe here is based on plum and ginger.
The vodka smells refreshing - citrus, sweet lemonade and ginger. On the palate, we have lots of sweet fruit, directly followed by crisp citrus and a little ginger spiciness. You can also taste a little sour candy. Plums appear in the finish together with ginger cookies.
