The story about the old recipe book... only this time it's true: We found this recipe in a German recipe book from the beginning of the 20th century and simply distilled it as a test. The result was this basic, yet quite strong gin. Juniper, lemon, coriander and a little cinnamon determine the taste. "De" is Low German for "The" - quite simply "The Gin"
