For our Maennerhobby De Gin, we had the great honor of finding this unusual recipe in an old German recipe book from the beginning of the 20th century. We simply made it - and were delighted. Now all we needed was a name - and that was quickly found. "De" is Low German for "The" - quite simply "The Gin".
