For comparison: 100g of fresh spinach contains approx. 4 mg of iron. 100g of Moringa powder can contain up to 28 mg of iron. With a daily dose of approx. 10g moringa powder, the iron content absorbed would therefore be just 2.8 mg - significantly less than a normal portion of spinach that you can eat during lunch. Moringa powder should therefore only be seen as a supplement to your everyday diet. Moringa powder cannot replace a balanced diet.
