1x Neptun Imperial Rum Porter - 0.33 l | 9 % vol.
Our Neptun is an Imperial Porter with an original gravity of 24° Plato. Pieces of wood from various used rum barrels were added to the beer during storage. This blend of very strong porter and rum barrel wood is reflected in an aromatic potpourri of vanilla, espresso, dark chocolate, cherry and oak flavors. The perfect beer for a cozy winter evening by the fireplace.

1x Carpe Noctem Barrel Aged Laphroaig Ardbeg - Barley Wine - 0,33 l | 10,5 % vol.
The base beer was a powerful dark Barley Wine with wonderful cherry and strong chocolate flavors. This beer was then matured for 1 year in Laphroaig and Ardbeg South Islay casks. The resulting aromas range from peaty whiskey tones to dark chocolate notes. Dark cherry notes with campfire aromas crystallize in the finish.

1x Carpe Noctem Barrel Aged Tawny Port - Barley Wine - 0.33 l | 10.5 % vol.
The base beer was a powerful dark Barley Wine with wonderful cherry and strong chocolate flavors. This beer was stored for 1 year in pre-aged Tawny Port wine barrels. During this time, it developed a beguilingly fruity and complex aroma, which underlines the delicate bitter chocolate notes of the Barley Wine with a fruit sweetness typical of port wine. A fruity sweetness with strong dried fruit notes caresses the palate on the finish.

1x Dionysos Bière Brut - 0.33 l | 12 % vol.
Dionysos is a Bière Brut with Chinook and Columbus hops grown in Italy. Fermented with a Belgian brewer's yeast, this beer is characterized by fruity, wine-like grape aromas and peppery allspice notes, accompanied by a fine perlage. Despite the pale beer type, this beer develops a very intense and fresh aroma overall.

1x Carpe Diem Barrel Aged Rum Selection Barbados & Jamaica - Barley Wine - 0.33 l | 11 % vol.
Experience a unique pleasure with our exclusive beer creation, the Carpe Diem Rum Selection Barbados & Jamaica 2023. After fermentation, the beer underwent a one-year maturation in barrels previously filled with Jamaica and Barbados rum. This process gives the beer distinct rum tones, caramel notes and a candied fruit sweetness. The result is a beguilingly fruity and complex aroma.

1x Carpe Diem Barrel Aged Tequila - Barley Wine - 0.33 l | 9.6 % vol.
After fermentation, the beer was matured for a year in barrels previously filled with tequila. The barrel ageing is evident in the clear wood, grape and citrus notes.
