Sweet, fruity-sweet, velvety-smooth and a good dose of resinous hops - that probably sums up the taste of Choose Happy Smoothie IPA in a nutshell.
Cold-hopped with Mosaic and Citra, a couple of decent loads of mango and sour cherries are added in the lager tank, adding their fruity notes to the beer's hoppy character. Barley, wheat and oat malt, along with a helping of lactose, provide the velvety smooth texture of Choose Happy Smoothie IPA. This is what summer tastes like!
