To mark the 1,000-year celebration for Nuremberg's Gründlach district, home to Orca Brau, the small craft beer brewery has brewed Orca Brau Crintilaha. Together with Fanny Bräu, a Gründlach-based hobby brewing crew, the Nurembergers have conjured up a delightful festive beer, enhanced with Saphir hops and aged for an especially long time.
