Our Greek sea salt is obtained in an environmentally friendly way by evaporation of pure sea water in salt ponds from inexhaustible and renewable sources. Characteristic is its naturally coarse structure. This natural and complex process preserves a number of minerals and trace elements that are not present in vacuum salt.

With our spice preparation, we have developed a delicious and quick variant for you to prepare your own Tzatziki.
Ingredients:
1x oregano rubbed - 30 g
Our oregano comes from the small herb farm of Tasoula and Niko. Tasoula and Niko are herbalists and have been dedicated to growing herbs for many years. Their farm is located on the foothills of the Pangaion Mountains. The endless hours of sunshine that the bushes receive throughout the year and the special microclimate in the region give our oregano its intense, unmistakable aroma. Tasoula and Niko harvest the herbs by hand. They are then dried naturally in the air and then rubbed by hand.
