Oregano rubbed

Greek oregano has a high content of essential oils. This makes it more intense than other varieties of oregano. Our oregano comes from the small herb farm of Tasoula and Niko. Tasoula and Niko are herbalists and have been dedicated to growing herbs for many years. Their farm is located on the foothills of the Pangaion Mountains.

The endless hours of sunshine that the bushes receive throughout the year and the special microclimate in the region give our oregano its intense, unmistakable aroma. Tasoula and Niko harvest the herbs by hand. They are then dried naturally in the air and then rubbed by hand.

Oregano is an indispensable ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine. Goes perfectly with Greek salad, feta cheese, marinades for grilled meat, pizza, poultry, fish and seafood, soups and sauces.
