The Plaisir Brut Cap Classique pours into the glass with a light straw yellow color and fine mother-of-pearl and convinces the connoisseur with a great bouquet of pears, apples, citrus fruits and light yeast notes. The lively wine creates a beautiful mouthfeel with delicate roasted aromas. The Chardonnay (60%) lends the wine citrus fruits, stone fruit and tropical nuances, while the Pinot Noir (40%) contributes to this flavor composition with notes of sweet, glazed red cherries. On the finish, the Cap Classique is fresh, crisp and long-lasting. Enjoy it with oysters, scallops and seafood, but it also tastes great on its own. Served chilled, it is a delight for any occasion.
