Plaisir Grand Brut 2018 - Sparkling wine

The Plaisir Grand Brut sparkles in a pale straw yellow in the glass and inspires from the first moment with its long-lasting perlage. A fine scent of wild roses, fresh white pear and green apples rises to the nose and spoils the senses of the connoisseur. Delicate hazelnut notes, creamy undertones and aromas of citrus fruits ensnare the palate. While the cuvée of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) owes these nuances to the white grape variety, the red grape variety provides a great cherry note and gives Plaisir Grand Brut its wonderful texture. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the elegant sparkling wine was given another 28 months to mature even further. Enjoy the fine bubbly Plaisir Grand Brut best with oysters or a delicious cheese platter. But even on its own, the sparkling wine is always a treat when well chilled.
