With its delicate pink hue and fine perlage, Plaisir Brut Rosé is a delight in the glass. Aromas of pears, apples and citrus fruits unfold on the nose and are surrounded by light yeasty notes. Fine roasted aromas caress the palate. The Chardonnay grape variety (56%) gives the sparkling wine cuvée nuances of citrus fruit and stone fruit, while the proportion of Pinot Noir (44%) provides notes of red cherries. The long-lasting and crisp, fresh finish makes the Plaisir Brut Rosé the perfect pleasure experience. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the sparkling wine was left to mature on the lees for 24 to 36 months. Enjoy the timelessly elegant and complex Plaisir Brut Rosé either on its own or with salmon or seafood.
