The Plaisir Grand Plaisir flows into the glass in a beautiful garnet red and exudes the aromatic scent of red berries and plums. The fruity notes are accompanied by a little cedar and a hint of dried herbs. The full-bodied cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (59%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Malbec (12%) and Petit Verdot (9%) caresses the palate. Here, the fruity nuances of ripe cherries and apricots are accompanied by pleasant spicy undertones and velvety tannins give the Plaisir de Merle Grand Plaisir a pleasant mouthfeel. The red wine matures for 24 months in French oak and is the perfect partner for a delicious steak. But Plaisir Grand Plaisir is also a great pleasure on its own, as the barrels used for this unique wine were selected with the utmost care.
