With its wonderful and intense fruit aromas, Raats Haarlem to Hope delights every white wine lover. Notes of nectarines, pears and melons pamper the connoisseur both on the nose and on the palate. Spicy undertones and hints of lemongrass and ginger as well as floral nuances add even more complexity to the cuvée of Chenin Blanc (81%) and Sémillon (31%). Enjoy this long-lasting, oak-aged white wine on its own or with fish, vegetables or ratatouille. The grape varieties of Raat Haarlem to Hope were brought to the Cape by the Dutch settlers and became cornerstones of viticulture. The cuvée therefore also tells the story of African hope and prosperity.
