Rickety Bridge Paulina's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a unique white wine that benefits from two growing regions in South Africa. The grapes from Franschhoek lend tropical fruit notes of blackcurrant and refreshing lime, while the grapes from the Walker Bay region provide a complex minerality and balanced acidity. These components create a great taste experience and make the wine beautifully full-bodied. The Sauvignon Blanc was refined with a small amount of Sémillon (5%) and matured for eight months in oak.
