Pear Pastor refers to our single-variety pear brandy made from regional pastor pears, which we harvest every year with pinpoint accuracy from our own orchard. The pastor pear is an old, late variety from peasant orchards and is considered a popular cooking and storage pear. Its balanced aroma is less obtrusive than that of the Williams Christ pear, making it almost more popular among connoisseurs than the supposed classic pear brandy. Thanks to the gentle triple distillation, the noble fruit brandy is particularly mild and gets a strong, aromatic pear flavor.

Ingredients:
Pears, harvested to the point by us, from regional home gardens and our own orchard.
Processing:
The fully ripe fruits are processed directly after harvest, and gently cold fermented.
