Production
Our noble fruit brandy is made exclusively from hand-picked wild cherries. The up to 20 m high wild cherry trees are rare and difficult to harvest. About 30 kg of cherries are needed for one liter of brandy. The cherries are de-stemmed and cold fermented before the brandy is gently double distilled. Every year we fill about 450 bottles.
