Seven years of maturation, characterized by barrel geometry and pre-fermentation: The powerful beer barrel base is followed by a targeted finish in Pinot Noir barrels. Its acidic residues give the distillate a noticeable freshness, while tannins build up structure and dry elegance. Dried fruit, caramel and nutty depth merge with subtle notes of red wine. The reddish color comes exclusively from the wood.
