A precisely composed double maturation: four years in beer barrels are followed by a two-year finish in first-fill sherry casks. The increased bottling strength preserves valuable esters and oils, while caramelizing sherry sugars merge with the roasted aromas of the beer barrels. The result is dense notes of dark chocolate, raisins and malty depth - elegant, complex and remarkably long on the finish.
