After four years in beer barrels, a two-year finish in apricot brandy barrels follows - a precise interplay of volatile fruit esters with malty depth. Delicate vanilla, buttery shortcrust pastry and ripe apricots characterize the nose, accompanied by a hint of almond. Soft and sensual on the palate, carried by fine wood spice and nutty warmth - a delicate, exceptionally elegant malt.
