The handcrafted 0.5 l bottle in a dark blue textured look is finished with gold-colored hot foil stamping on all sides. The extravagant look and feel with the elegant details make this special edition a highlight for gin fans.
Skin Gin Zanzibar Edition Apple Kiss combines the uniquely mild and fresh taste of Skin Gin with a fruity, refreshing apple distillate. The unmistakable symbiosis of Moroccan mint, classic juniper, citrus fruit peel of orange and pink grapefruit from Spain, lime and lemon from Italy and Vietnamese coriander meets the fine fruity notes of apples from the Old Country. An exceptionally refreshing taste experience created by the combination of eight delicious distillates.
The hand-picked botanicals are distilled individually in a traditional copper still in the Altes Land region just outside Hamburg in order to extract around 100% of their fine essential oils. Combined in Apple Kiss, the result is a spirit of exceptionally high quality that is also a pleasure on its own.
The exclusive design underlines the high-quality content and turns the Zanzibar Edition into an experience that uniquely appeals to all the senses. From the production of the bottles to the elegant design of the hot-stamped leather foils and bottling, everything is done by hand and every single bottle is unique.

Unlike previous gins, which taste predominantly of juniper and very alcohol-heavy, founder Martin Birk Jensen created a gin that should stand out. This gin with a dominant mint note should, unlike other gins, taste mild, fresh and fruity at the same time. He developed the idea for his own gin in 2014 during a summer vacation in Greece. Back in Germany, Martin contacted the master distiller Arndt Wessel, who lives with him in the Alte Land near Hamburg, and told him about his idea and his ideas, which he did not yet know whether they could be implemented at all. Working together, after several trials and subsequent fine tuning, the perfect recipe of Skin Gin was created.
