More information about Klein Constantia Anwilka 2017
The proximity to the sea and the old, iron-rich soils at the southern end of Stellenbosch offer perfect conditions for rich and concentrated wines - the Klein Constantia Anwilka is the best example of this. The dark, almost black color alone heralds a red wine with a strong character. Concentrated aromas of dark fruit and spicy nuances unfold on the nose and the Klein Constantia Anwilka also impresses on the palate with its complexity. Full-bodied, well-structured and long-lasting, the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (47%), Syrah (46%) and Petit Verdot (7%) provides red wine lovers with enjoyable moments. The refined red wine matures for nineteen months in French oak and is a treat for the palate on its own, but the Klein Constantia Anwilka is also always a good choice with game, dark meat or spicy dishes.
