More information about Sofia tis Fisis Nemea Balsamico
First, a sweet vinegar is made from two traditional products, the red wine vinegar and the pure grape syrup Petimezi, both from the Agirogitiko grape variety.
Like the famous Nemea wines, this special blend is aged for three years in French oak barrels. The result is a red balsamic vinegar with a varied flavor body of vanilla and spices and an intense aftertaste.
Ideal for green salads with nuts, dried fruit and for marinating fish.
This product is organically grown in accordance with EU Regulation 834/2007 and naturally produced without flavor enhancers or preservatives. Produced in the Nemea region.
The vinegar is packaged in a glass bottle with a practical spout for drip-free pouring at the table.
